Sparkle Car Wash

Classic scam. Charge the customer. Cheat the customer, then blame the customer. I paid for a truck wash. The the owner washes half the truck and tells me I didn't ask to wash the full truck. Nothing is posted about needing to ask for truck beds. So if I paid for the Luxury Truck Wash the OWNER should have made it right. (Owner is the problem. Not the employees fault.-I still the tipped employee)

I paid for a super wash and extra for them to wipe down the interior the owner was so offended when I mentioned that it wasn’t even wiped down right she said “ all we do is wet a rag and basically leave it dirty “ they said they did it but they didn’t even wipe the dirt down she then said that’s not what I paid for. So I just left it alone. I mentioned I paid extra for that and she said even then they don’t do a “deep clean” which I just wanted it wiped down right. I paid for the windows to and they looked horrible she blamed it and said “ we don’t deep clean the windows either because it will mess up the tint” but when I tell you it wasn’t that extreme and that’s what I paid for to get them clean she responded by throwing the cloth down and walking away. All in all it wasn’t worth the amount I spent at all I recommend going somewhere that will acknowledge what cleaning means. Even the vacuum was horrible she was smacking it and upset she had to redo it and just careless the car was still I just left and left it as is. Please go somewhere where they will do a better job save your money your better off cleaning yourself.

"Complete lack of accountability. Waste of money." Don't bother coming here if you actually want a clean car. They didn't even vacuum the inside—I left with the interior just as dirty as I arrived. To make it worse, they didn't even touch the tires with any Armor All; they look completely dry and gray. When I complained to the cashier, she basically told me she couldn't do anything about it. Absolutely no accountability or customer service. If you're going to charge for a wash, at least do the job. I won't be back.

Sadly they did a poor job. My car was still dirty and also didn't even get a decent vacuum. Found the same receipts Trash I had before I took it, and didn't wipe down the interior of my car, I don't think I'll be coming back here again. Paying that much not to get my car wiped down or properly vacuum.

Everytime I take my vehicle to them they never do a good job the outside looks decent but the inside is not even wiped they don't ever clean cup holders or wipe the doors down I don't think they wipe anything. I just left the car wash and this is how my car is looking. I don't recommend them at all. $30 for nothing I could have done better than this
